Emma is a Creative Arts Therapist with over 10 years’ experience working to support people’s emotional health and wellbeing. With a Masters in Experiential and Creative Arts Therapies, she provides arts-based approaches to assist people in exploring aspects of their wellbeing, whether that be around mental health, relationships, or navigating stress and trauma. Sometimes we may not be able to find the words to express our life situations and artmaking can bring new insights or confirmation of our experiences. Sessions can draw on a selection of activities such as drawing, sculptural artmaking, collaging, wordplay, body movement, and sound. Emma is also interested in ways to find mindfulness and a calming of the body and mind through artmaking.
